2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

3. Orders

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including contact details and photographs of your pet.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Mando. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where:

• The information provided is inaccurate or incomplete;
• The uploaded photographs are unsuitable for creating a portrait;
• There has been an error in pricing or product information;
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

4. Custom Portraits

Our portraits are personalised products created from the photographs you provide. The final artwork is an artistic interpretation of your pet and may differ slightly from the original photograph.

The quality of the finished portrait depends partly on the quality and suitability of the images supplied by you.

All portrait sample images displayed on our website are provided for demonstration and illustrative purposes only. They are intended to showcase the artistic styles and collections offered by Mando.

Final artwork created for your order may differ from the sample images. While we endeavour to capture your pet's likeness and character, the background, clothing or costumes, colours, accessories, composition and overall theme of the finished portrait may vary from the examples shown on our website.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before production of your portrait begins. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, any confirmed order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Production and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on order volume, seasonal demand and circumstances outside our control.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible by contacting us at support@mando.com.au.

Because our products are personalised and made specifically for each customer, orders may not be cancelled or refunded once artwork production has commenced.

8. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, including a refund, replacement or repair where applicable.

Personal preference or changes of mind do not automatically entitle customers to a refund for personalised products.

9. Customer Content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any photographs, images or materials uploaded to our website.

You must not upload content that:

• Infringes another person's intellectual property rights;
• Contains unlawful, offensive or inappropriate material;
• Contains malicious software or harmful code.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, including text, graphics, logos, images and designs, is owned by or licensed to Mando and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights and copyright in the artwork created by Mando remain the property of Mando.

Upon purchase, customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the completed portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes, including displaying, sharing and printing the artwork for personal enjoyment.

Customers must not reproduce, sell, license, modify or commercially exploit the artwork without the prior written permission of Mando.

By placing an order, you grant Mando permission to use completed portraits and associated pet images for reasonable business purposes, including displaying them on our website, social media channels, advertising materials, promotional content and portfolio, unless you notify us in writing before production commences that you do not wish your portrait to be used in this way.

If you would prefer that your portrait and pet images remain private, please contact us at support@mando.com.au before production begins, and we will honour your request.

12. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or modify the website at any time for maintenance, updates or operational reasons.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mando is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
