How does a custom pet portrait order work?
Choose your preferred portrait style and size, place your order and upload a clear photo of your pet. Your photo is then used as the reference for your personalised artwork.
What type of pet photo should I provide?
A clear, well-lit photo taken near your pet’s eye level usually works best. The face, eyes and key markings should be visible and not blurred or heavily shadowed.
Can you create portraits of pets other than dogs and cats?
Yes. Suitable photos of many companion animals can be used, including horses, rabbits, birds and other much-loved pets.
Can I include more than one pet?

Will the clothing and background look exactly like the sample?
