Train Station - Mobile Training

With special simulators, air transportable training equipment, and a 'can do' attitude, we are able to bring our training to you…on site in any location onshore or offshore.

M&O has long recognised that in many circumstances it is not possible for training to be conducted at fixed training centres, which are historically located in main cities distant to field operations. This can be due to many reasons, including:

• The remote location and development of a firms operations prohibits the establishment of fixed training facilities in close proximity to the field
• The administration, logistics and costs involved in the movement of personnel to fixed training centres may be beyond the organisations capabilities to manage
• The companies operating procedures requires specific training to be conducted to a higher and/or audited standard than exists in the host country

In these situations it makes sense for us to bring the training to you. M&O instructors involved in Train Station operations are vastly experienced personnel, with demonstrated experience in cross-cultural settings and operating in remote locations.

M&O mobile course curriculums comply with competency standards detailed to known & accepted industry standards, and is complimented by a range of portable equipment. This enables training to be undertaken in many remote and novel locations that have only rudimentary facilities.

Note: The type and level of training will at times be restricted by facilities available at each location.

Subject to visa requirements, Training Teams can usually be mobilised within 14 days of a confirmed order.
