His wide experience in operations and communications, together with his ongoing involvement in military training, provided the required expertise for his initial employment with Risktec Singapore, in 2005, as Course Coordinator. He was heavily involved in the logistical and operational aspects of Risktec MEM courses.
In 2008, he was promoted to the position of Training Support Manager of Risktec Singapore. In his new role, he was instrumental in setting up Risktec’s 2nd MEM training suite in Egypt, Cairo (a.k.a M&O Petrolift). In 2010, he led a project team and successfully attained OPITO approval for Major Emergency Management Initial Response (MEMIR) and for the assessment of OIM Controlling Emergencies, in Egypt. The Egypt Training Centre is the 1st training provider outside the UK to have attained OPITO MEMIR accreditation.
Further experience with the oil & gas industry has provided Ice with experience across all facets of the Risktec businesses, and he now brings his expertise and knowledge to the continual pursuit of providing the highest quality training and consultation to the customers of Risktec.
