Julie Beck
General Manager
As General Manager, Julie is responsible for the ensuring the quality of M&O Pacific's services, client satisfaction, allocating resources and expanding M&O Pacific's business.
Having worked with M&O Pacific since 2004, Julie has a thorough understanding of the requirements of some of New Zealand's largest industries. Prior to joining M&O Julie worked in the dairy industry for more than 20 years, for Air New Zealand, Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki and also the Gas and Petrochemical Industry Training Organisation.
Julie is also custodian of the M&O Global Quality Management System, and as Quality Manager for the Global group assists branches and training centres achieve ISO approval when requested.

Sam Bennett
Training Manager
Sam is the Training Manager for M&O Pacific.
After 22 years with the New Zealand Fire Service, Sam is now using his exceptional training skills to train both our instructors and clients. As well as training clients, Sam is also responsible for reviewing M&O's courses to ensure they retain the highest standards possible and is currently working with the team to upgrade the Oaonui Live Fire Training Centre, one of only two privately own live fire training facilities in New Zealand.

Merry Pickering
Sales Manager
Merry is M&O Pacific's Sales Manager.
With a background in both Sales and Health and Safety, Merry's role with M&O Pacific is a happy combination of two things she is passionate about. Merry has worked in a number of different industries, and as such has a strong understanding of what local businesses might need, and how M&O can tailor its services to meet those needs.

Paul Tippett
Accounts Manager
Paul is the Accounts Manager at M&O Pacific and is the longest serving team member in our branch. Paul's role is both internal and client focused, and he enjoys talking and interacting with the diverse range of businesses that M&O Pacific assists.
