Razali Mokhtar is the Training Manager for M&O Indonesia.
Razali is responsible for the conduct of Safety and Emergency Response training, specialising in OPITO BOSIET and fire fighting courses.
Razali has worked extensively in the Offshore Marine environment and has designed, planned and conducted training in Holland, Scotland, Borneo, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Korea, China and Hong Kong, Brunei and Malaysia.
