M&O Global has a rigorous quality assurance program to support this guarantee.
Our ISO 9001 quality management system (QMS) manages and controls the operation and maintenance of our training centres.
This comprehensive system ensures maximum availability of our training facilities and consistent standards of training across our multiple locations.
Our ISO 9001 master accreditation is held in NZ by M&O Pacific and was approved by BVQi since 1997.
Other M&O Branches adopt the same QMS used in NZ with modifications as required to meet local requirements, ensuring consistent operations across the M&O Global group.
The operation of the QMS at our M&O branches is regularly reviewed and audited by our Global Quality Manager who is based in NZ but regularly visits each M&O branch.
A database of standard forms and procedures is centrally housed in the M&O Global head office and deployed to branches through our online management system.
In addition to our ISO 9001 QMS, our Global Training Manager administers and implements our Global Safety System (GSS), an in-house auditing procedure to ensure consistently high standards of training delivery. He focuses on Instructor training and maintaining good quality training equipment in compliance at all times with international and local standards.
To ensure quality every M&O training centre is visited quarterly by M&O Global personnel to audit and verify standards and to conduct ongoing staff education and training.
