Aviation & Helicopter

M&O is a world leader in Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET), having pioneered the use of portable HUET training simulators over 9 years ago, and now utilises cutting edge fixed training equipment.

M&O offshore safety training centres use large scale, crane operated HUET modules to realistically simulate a helicopter ditching and rollover at sea, plus helirafts, heli-winchers, sea survival crafts to fully prepare offshore workers for the possibility of a helicopter ditching over water.

Portable training equipment is also available for deployment to remote locations, where M&O will use their many years of international training experience to conduct world class training – see Train Station – Mobile Training for further details.

M&O is OPITO accredited to conduct the globally recognised BOSIET course in numerous locations. This entry level course is the minimum required standard of offshore safety training in many parts of the world, where M&O certificates for such courses are recognised.

Our Aviation and Helicopter courses are conducted by experienced offshore safety personnel, helicopter specialists and qualified trainers, and include:

• Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (H.U.E.T.) and Sea Survival;
• Helicopter Fire Fighting and Rescue;
• Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO);
• Jungle Survival Training.
